Sofa Workout – the exercise you don’t want to miss!

Here below the most useful exercises to do on your favourite couch:
Shoulders on the couch with hands on the edge, straight chest and bent knees. Bend also your arms, keeping your elbows in. Exhale while letting your arms out. 8-16 repetitions for 3 times. DON’T bend your head or your back.
Legs slightly opened. Tighten arms and grab an upside-down chair with your hands. Bend your legs till your hips are aligned with your knees. Exhale while fighting up legs. 8-16 reps. Make sure your knees DON’T go over your toes.
One leg on the ground and one standing on the sofa. Keep your back straight. Bend your leg trying to keep your chest straight, then stretch out while exhaling. 15 reps for 3 times. Make sure your knees DON’T go over your toes.
Hands on the edge of your sofa, the chest leaning forward. Bring one leg at the time to the chest following your breath. Inhale when you stretch out your leg. 20 reps each for three times.
ALWAYS keep your spinal straight.
5. EXPLOSIVE SQUAT
Sit on the couch and jump as higher as you can, landing on your feet in a squat position. Run back to the sofa and start again. 8-16 reps.
Make sure your knees DON’T go over your toes.
